The Registrar's Office provides several types of academic services to students. We are located at the Registrar's counter, and we're always willing to help. The Registrar's Office is responsible for:

  • Publishing the Schedule of Classes and the Final Examination Schedule
  • Processing registrations and drop/add transactions for credit and noncredit
  • Processing change of assignments to and from other Penn State campuses
  • Providing copies of unofficial transcripts and assisting students in obtaining official transcripts for credit and noncredit
  • Providing printouts of your degree audit, a recent grade report, or your current schedule.
  • Re-enrollment
  • Participating in the planning for commencement and identifying the students who will be graduating
  • Grade processing for credit and noncredit
  • Deferred grades
  • Leave of absence
  • Senate appeals
  • Credit by examination
  • Preparing adviser lists and providing advising folders to each adviser
  • Enrollment in Independent Learning courses, and proctoring your exams once you're enrolled those courses
  • Satisfactory/unsatisfactory grading
