A campus visit is the best way to make a college decision. Visiting a college campus helps you familiarize yourself with student life, the academic programs offered, and the college’s overall campus and facilities. After visiting a college campus you are better prepared to make a decision as to whether that campus is right for you. We look forward to you visiting Penn State York!

The Office of Admissions at Penn State York schedules individual appointments from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tours can be requested in addition to the session with the admissions counselor.

Be a Penn State Student for a Day
October 3, October 17, November 7, December 5, ...

Students will have the opportunity to spend the day with a current Penn State York student, go to classes and eat lunch in the Lion’s Den Cafe.

This event will be held on the following Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.:  October 3, October 17, November 7, December 5, February 6, February 20, March 19, April 2,  and April 16.

Saturday Information Sessions
August 4, September 1, October 6, November 3, December 1, ...

Held  from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Admissions office will have an Information Session. The Information Session will provide information about the admissions process, financial aid, student activities, and more. A tour of campus will also be provided.

2007-2008 dates include August 4, September 1, October 6, November 3, December 1, January 5, February 2, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, and July 12.

Prospective students and their families met faculty, staff and students and learned more about the campus. Tours were available as well as general information sessions.
