A campus visit is the best way to make a college decision. Visiting a college campus helps you familiarize yourself with student life, the academic programs offered, and the college’s overall campus and facilities. After visiting a college campus you are better prepared to make a decision as to whether that campus is right for you. We look forward to you visiting Penn State York!

The Office of Admissions at Penn State York schedules individual appointments from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tours can be requested in addition to the session with the admissions counselor.

Be a Penn State Student for a Day
September 23, October 7, October 28, November 4, November 18 . . .

Students will have the opportunity to spend the day with a current Penn State York student, go to classes and eat lunch in the Lion’s Den Cafe.

This event will be held on the following Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.:  September 23, October 7, October 28, November 4, November 18, and December 2, 2009; January 27, February 3, February 17, February 24, March 17, March 24, April 7, and April 14, 2010.

Penn State Day Fall Open House
Saturday, October 24, 2009

The Penn State Day Fall Open House will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Discover all that Penn State York has to offer.  Prospective students and their families can meet with faculty, staff, and students to learn more about the campus and the local connection to Penn State. Tours will be available as well as general information sessions.

Saturday Information Sessions
October 3, November 7, December 5 . . .

Held  from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Admissions office will have an Information Session. The Information Session will provide information about the admissions process, financial aid, student activities, and more. A tour of campus will also be provided.   A special housing session is included on March 13 and April 3 and includes information on housing in the area.  These sessions extend until 2:00 p.m. 

Dates include October 3, November 7, and December 5, 2009; and January 9, February 6, March 13, April 3, May 1, June 5, and July 10, 2010.
