Suspect Charged in Burglary, Vandalism at Penn State York

Spring Garden Township Police today charged Noel Crespi, 19, a former Penn State York student, with burglary, institutional vandalism, and criminal mischief, stemming from the illegal entry and vandalism on Saturday, April 19 at Penn State York.

Crespi, of York, Pa., allegedly did more than $20,000 in damages to the Main Classroom Building and the John J. Romano Administration Building on campus.
