Penn State, The Lancaster Center to Offer Team Leader/Supervisor Program
Penn State, The Lancaster Center (The Lancaster Center) is proud to partner with Workforce Development and Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology to offer a Team Leader/Supervisor Program for new or prospective leaders. The program is set for on June 18 and 25 at The Lancaster Center, located in the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster, Pa.
“Developing Self,” consists of two full-day sessions covering the following topics: the changing role of the leader, developing your leadership style, fostering effective communication, and solving problems and making decision.
Eric Bergstrom, Ph.D., course instructor, is an experienced leader of organization development, human resource management, and manufacturing/operations management. Bergstrom’s experience includes more than 20 years of industry knowledge and a Ph.D. in workforce education and development from Penn State.
All sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $595 per 12-hour program.
