The fitness center is open year round, five days a week with flexible hours. It features York Barbell and Hammer Strength weight lifting machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. Improvements over the past few years include mirrors, power rack and back extension machine, ballet barre and a stretch corner. A student staff assistant is present during all hours of operation. Students, faculty and staff are all welcome to use the facility at no charge.
