SCROUNGE Scrap MaterialSCROUNGE has been in operation since 1996. Since then, the club has become more active. In a three-year period, the organization managed to refurbish and donate more than 1000 computers and recycle over twenty tons of raw materials from parts salvaged from computers.

  • Frank Hoon – 1996-1997 – Started SCROUNGE
  • Joe Royer – 1997-1998 – Merged Harley Davidson rollout with SCROUNGE.
  • Jim Widowson – 1998-1999
  • Ray Bostic – 1999-2000
  • Morris Miller – 2000-2001 – Donated over 1000 computers.
  • Wyatt McGuire – 2001-2002 – Gathered volunteers for SCROUNGE.
  • Nick Loughran – 2002-2003
  • Ken Frederick – Fall 2003
  • Brian Wolfe – Fall 2003-2004
  • Dan Rupp – 2004-2006 – Started Recycling Program; Linux Deployment System 1.0 developed
  • Josh Graff – 2007-2008
  • Doug Kirk – 2008-2011 – Created automated phone system to improve customer support; Linux Deployment System 2.0 developed
